Battersea appoint Sequoia to transform data insights and drive fundraising success

Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, one of the UK’s leading animal welfare charities, has announced a strategic partnership with Sequoia Insights, a leading data agency, to support the delivery of its ambitious five-year organisational strategy. Together, they aim to empower Battersea’s Income Generation team to maximise supporter engagement, diversify funding sources, and ensure sustainable growth, all underpinned by robust data insights.

Sequoia will provide essential expertise maintain business as usual fundraising while advancing strategic goals. The partnership will see Sequoia working closely with Battersea to:

 

    • Develop a prioritised roadmap for analysis projects, enabling focus on high-impact opportunities and improving the data culture.
    • Deliver actionable insights that enhance fundraising performance and deepen supporter realtionships.
    • Establish sustainable reporting tools, ensuring internal teams are empowered for long-term success.
